Refund policy

Bought something that didn't turn out to be the right fit? You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. You'll be credited the full order amount, excluding shipping costs.

To use your right of return, the product needs to come back to us in its original condition and packaging. We can't refund or exchange items that have been worn, washed, or are no longer in their original condition.

To start a return, contact us at info@ampere.amsterdam. We'll refund the amount due within 7 days of receiving your return in good order.
