You can request a return by sending us an email at service@ampere.amsterdam with your order number. Please note that all returns must be unworn and in their original conditions including the original hangtags. We reserve the right to refuse all returns that does not meet these requirements.

If the return has been accepted, we will refund the order within 5 days. Please note that initial shipping costs or taxes will not be refunded.
